Rychiger acquires Deleproject
As of July 1, 2022, Deleproject AG is part of Rychiger AG. Through the acquisition, Rychiger AG strengthens its competencies in industrial automation solutions and digitalization.
After more than 40 years, the owner-managed Deleproject AG based in Uetendorf is now in the hands of the custom machine manufacturer Rychiger AG in Steffisburg as part of a succession solution. Deleproject AG will continue to operate independently with its approximately 20 employees and will therefore remain in operation, but its shares are to be attributed in full to Rychiger AG.
With the takeover of the experienced company, the Know-how of Rychiger AG in creating customized packaging solutions is extended by the expertise in process automation, digitalization, and industrial information technology. The mutual expansion of competencies thus leads both companies into a sustainable future with many opportunities and perspectives.
