Denise Buache first joined Rychiger in 2000. In 2016, she was appointed Director Human Resource Man-agement & Head of Training Academy Commercial. Prior to this position, she was responsible for many years for Finance & Accounting. Concetta Cauda, who joined Rychiger AG in 2022, has a similar appetite for travel. Over the years, she has moved from Europe to Asia and back again for her professional and personal life. Concetta loves the sea but tends to get seasick – much to her disappointment. On dry land, she has forged her own path, leading her to roles including Vice President of Human Resources, Head of Human Resources and General Manager in regional and international companies. Concetta received an MBA in Management and Leadership from the Bern University of Applied Sciences, before training as an HR Specialist with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education. And naturally all that globetrotting has given her a taste for foreign cuisines – particularly sushi and pasta.
