The FS 910 stands for high precision filling of coffee capsules and exceptional output. First launched ten years ago, more than one hundred FS 910 machines are today in operation all over the world – and Rychiger is continuously adding new features and functionalities. While the actual platform has proven so successful that there is virtually no room for improvement, we are continuously developing new functional modules.

With the FS 910, you can produce up to 1'440 tea or coffee capsules per minute. The model caters to Nespresso and compatibles, Dolce Gusto, K-Cup and other popular capsule types. The FS 910 can handle all materials, from plastic and aluminum to paper. In addition, we offer a range of special solutions, such as filling and sealing in a shielded gas atmosphere minimizing residual oxygen inside the capsule to keep the product fresh for longer. Thanks to diagonal foil punching, the FS 910 reduces foil waste by up to 30 percent.

Like all Rychiger inline machines with linear transport, the FS 910 is optimized for dry cleaning access. If required, it can be upgraded for additional processes by adding extra stations, including integrated secondary packaging units.
